Join Boluda Towage Europe as Operations Manager BTE and play a key role in optimising maritime operations across North-West Europe. In this strategic position, you will work closely with executive leadership to improve fleet performance, strengthen operational collaboration, and drive operational excellence within an international maritime organisation.

Analysing operational performance and proposing improvement solutions

Advising and supporting operational decision-making at executive level

Optimising fleet utilisation and availability across regions

Monitoring and aligning drydock planning with operational needs

Coordinating with international stakeholders, including chartering teams

Strengthening collaboration across regions and operational teams

Evaluating operational performance and implementing lessons learned

Supporting the development of the operational organisation through coaching and training
What will you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
-
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in operations, preferably within the maritime sector

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Experience with fleet operations, planning, and optimisation is a plus
-
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Proven ability to operate in an international environment

Fluent in English and Dutch; German is a plus
-
Experience with organisational development and coaching is an advantage
