Boluda Towage assisted Saipem Castoro Sei
On Wednesday 16 June 2021, four tugs of Boluda Towage towed Saipem’s semi-submersible pipelay vessel ‘Castoro Sei’ from the Rotterdam Waalhaven to the Rotterdam Maasvlakte. The 31,500 GT platform is 152 meters long and 70.5 meters wide. It is equipped with two slewing cranes that can lift loads of up to 134 tonnes.
The tugs VB Kracht, RT Rob, SD Rebel, and VB Hudson performed smooth and safe towage operations.
